Through our Holland Partner Group Cares initiative, employees from all business lines can spend time together collaborating in their communities. Our regularly scheduled volunteer events offer opportunities to meet new people and embrace the responsibility of giving back to the regions where we operate. Eligible employees receive 16 hours of Volunteer Time to utilize over the course of a year to support their communities.
